We offer fixed prices wherever possible.

Here are some very common jobs and their price:

WC will not flush. If it is a broken handle then £55. If it is due to the syphon then this might be £50 if the syphon is detachable or between £70-£90 if the wc needs to be dismantled to replace the syphon.

WC overlows - generally an inlet valve that does not shut off completely - £82.

Replace a kitchen tap - £50.

Overflowing tank ballvalve - £78.

Supply and it an outside tap - around £110 depending on location etc.

Install a bathroom suite 'like for like' - £290.

Complete new wc (dual flush, new seat, isolator, removal of old wc) - £220.

Please allow 10% variation depending on your particular situation. We will give either a fixed price or range before work is agreed and commences.

Where exploratory work is carried out (to find a leak for example) then we charge £50 for the firsthour and £30 thereafter to the nearest half hour with materials at cost plus and best effort.

Points to note

Many jobs are common so we can offer a fixed price.

We may include a range - the minimum and maximum you will pay - where there is a degree of uncertainty.

There is no call out charge - we only charge if we do work.

We fit emergency isolators on all appliances - this may add a little extra to the price but well worth it when a problem occurs.
